Big Kacky Chef Knife
When this whole knife thing got going, I realized I’d need an easier way for customers to tell me the knife they were interested in other than “that medium sized looking one with the darker handle.” Thus began the naming of each design. One of the finest cooks to ever grace a kitchen is the grandmother of a good friend; a sweet woman known as Kacky. I’m fortunate to have eaten many meals from her kitchen in Livingston, AL. And while I can’t name each dish, I can tell you they were made with a smile and shared friends and family. I hope the same is said of the people who use my knives and the meals they make.
Note: While not always the case, typically the Big Kacky is preferred by female customers over the Small Kacky.
